Refund Policy; All returned items once they arrive at our processing facility are fully inspected. Should your return be as a result of a company error or it is a defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. If your return item/items show signs of wear, we may issue a partial refund. All items will and do decrease in value due to time, that is why it is important for you to know that we offer a 30 day no questions asked policy for returns, the 30 days starts at the time USPS confirms delivery.
Our return policy states that: within 30 days of delivery there is a no questions asked principle allowing for a full refund. Provided that all item/items being returned, must upon receipt at our processing facility be in new/unused condition, also they are to contain all original materials that were included within the shipment package that you received. All returns to be considered for a refund must be received at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. Upon receipt at our facility we will inspect the returned item/items and process the refund based on the condition of the item/items. ALL returns received as a result of company error or as a defective product, will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise in question.
If you apply for a return claim after 30 days, we reserve the right to decline a full or partial refund depending on the total elapsed time and the condition of the return item/items.
For a defective product or in the case of our error; the customer may return any of these defective item/items. Those items that are found to be damaged at the time of receipt must be reported within 24 hours of your receipt in order to be issued with the proper damaged claim number. All item/items you may have incorrectly received will be refunded without penalty. After the inspection of the returned item/items we will provide a replacement or issue you a refund upon your request. If you would like a replacement of defective item/items, you must return to GSP&M Jewelry your original item/items in question, once at our return facility and within the maximum of 30 days from the time of your return commencement. Any returns exceeding this maximum of 30 days’ time frame will result in a full price charge for the replacement item/items.
For All Returns; Please contact our customer service facility by email using the form on the Contact Us Page. Please also include a phone number with time zone and best time to call if needed. Customer service will then issue you a RAN number, along with all the information needed to return your item/items in a timely fashion. You must have a “Return Authorization Number.” This number must be written on the outside of your return package and with all other documentation issued by the return policy department. No processing of any item/items for a refund or replacement will be conducted without a RAN number on the package.
